A 75 minute guided outdoor meditation and yoga practice at sunset to help you unwind from the work week with a mix of gentle vinyasa flow, yin yoga, and qigong movement. An awareness of the connection between body and breath allows us to shift from our sympathetic nervous system into a parasympathetic state ultimately supporting all systems of the body while calming the mind.

This awesome workweek detox and post-adventure yoga combines Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, & Qigong Movements

DUE TO COVID 19 THIS CLASS IS LIMITED IN SIZE AND REQUIRES MASKS. ZOOM ATTENDANCE IS AVAILABLE | Would you like to recover & stretch after your adventure or unwind from the work week? This private includes a mix of gentle vinyasa flow, yin yoga, and qigong movement to help. An awareness of the connection between body and breath allows us to shift from our sympathetic nervous system into a parasympathetic state ultimately supporting all systems of the body while calming the mind.? Are you done using your muscles for the day? In this restorative session all poses will be fully supported with comfort in mind. We will learn ways to traction the legs to help the muscles recover. This class includes a guided imagery aimed at releasing tension in the body, and mind as well as promoting relaxation, sleep and wellness (Yoga Nidra).

Combines traditional postures, dynamic flow sequencing, fun movement, mantra and breath-based meditation.

ZOOM ATTENDANCE IS AVAILABLE | Catherine’s Mindfulness Yoga combines traditional postures, dynamic flow sequencing, mantra and breath-based meditation, and fun movement. This practice allows you to connect and align on a mental, physical, and astral level to your universal goals. Build strength in the body yet remain easeful in effort, achieve mental brilliance yet peace, and find social independence yet purpose. The class is open to all students reminding us that we can intelligently choose our level of complexity.
