WORKSHOP - INTRO TO AYURVEDA with Dr. Dinesh Gyawali

8 week 12 Hour Course in the Wisdom of Ayurveda

Ayurveda is an ancient wisdom or knowledge of life. This is achieved by balancing one with the environment. Deeply rooted in nature, Ayurveda uses food, herbs, and routines specific for each individual to achieve optimum health. Ayurveda, the “sister of yoga”, according to Dr. Gyawali will balance the body, mind, and soul while supporting the immune system. This eight week, comprehensive series, includes weekly lectures by Dr. Gyawali & discussion via Zoom (hosted by Catherine Wortmann, Wellness Ambassador of Echo Adventure Cooperative), self-study assignments, recommended reading material, and a private Facebook Group for student support. Dr. Gyawali and Mrs. Wortmann will be available throughout the course for questions.
